1. About the App
Seamless Pattern Studio lets you choose a style, enter a description, create a repeating pattern, inspect the repeat, revisit creations in My Designs, and save finished patterns to your device. Some features require an account, credits, an internet connection, or a compatible device.
2. Accounts, Credits, and Purchases
You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account or device session. Creating a pattern may require credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm. If a qualifying creation fails, credits are returned or released according to the product rules shown in the App.
Prices, taxes, billing terms, renewal terms, refund rights, and payment options may vary by platform and region. The rules of the store or payment company handling your purchase also apply. Keep purchase confirmations for your records and contact us if a completed purchase is not reflected correctly.
3. Your Content and Results
You keep any rights you have in the descriptions and source material you submit. You give us and the companies helping us provide the App the limited rights needed to create your requested pattern, keep the App safe, and support your account. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your input and intended use.
Generated patterns may contain artifacts, may resemble results made for others, and may not be unique. Before commercial, manufacturing, or other important use, inspect the repeat and saved image for suitability, accuracy, and possible intellectual-property concerns.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the App to break the law or violate another person’s rights; create or distribute abusive, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful material; impersonate others; avoid credit, account, payment, advertising, safety, or access controls; disrupt the App; submit abusive automated volume; introduce malicious code; or reverse engineer protected portions except where the law expressly permits it.
5. My Designs and Hiding
My Designs may show pending, processing, successful, failed, and cancelled creations associated with the current App and user. Choosing Hide removes a design from the current device view but does not permanently delete the creation. Clearing App data or reinstalling the App may restore hidden designs. Account deletion and hiding a design are separate actions.
6. Availability and Changes
We may change available styles, credit costs, purchase offers, advertising, safety controls, and feature availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a particular style, or that every creation will succeed. We may pause features when reasonably needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uniqueness, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Privacy, Suspension, and Termination
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, or legal compliance, including in cases of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security threats, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion through available controls.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law. Questions may be sent to MrJesus4956@hotmail.com.
