1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may receive your email address and authentication details when you create or sign in to an account, purchase information when you buy credits or VIP benefits, communications you send to support, and the descriptions and styles you use to create patterns.
Information collected automatically
The App may collect account and device identifiers, platform, language, timezone, network and coarse region signals, App version, creation status, credit and purchase events, diagnostics, and analytics events. These signals help us provide the App, secure accounts, prevent fraud, resolve problems, and understand product performance.
2. Patterns and My Designs
Your description and selected style are used to create the pattern you request. Creations associated with your account may appear in My Designs so you can follow their status and return to completed work.
- My Designs may show pending, processing, successful, failed, and cancelled creations.
- Choosing Hide removes a design from the current device view; it does not delete the underlying creation.
- Clearing App data or reinstalling the App may reset hidden-design preferences and make those designs visible again.
- Account deletion is a separate action available from Profile.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide styles, pattern creation, repeat previews, and My Designs; manage credits, purchases, and VIP benefits; save images when requested; diagnose failures; measure performance; prevent abuse; provide support; show or measure advertising where applicable; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We may share the minimum information necessary with companies that help us provide hosting, pattern creation, storage, payments, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and customer support. These companies process information for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the App, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell the contents of your descriptions or generated patterns as a standalone data product.
5. Device Permissions
Photo-library access is used when you choose to save a pattern. Network access is required for account, creation, history, purchase, and online content features. On supported platforms, the App may ask for tracking permission under the platform’s transparency rules. If you deny an optional permission, only the related feature is limited.
6. Retention, Security, and Choices
Account, creation, purchase, and security records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the App, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Hidden-design preferences remain on the device until App data is cleared or the App is removed. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
You can manage photo and tracking permissions in device settings, review purchases and account details in Profile, hide designs from the current device, or stop using the App.
7. Account Deletion and Regional Rights
Eligible signed-in users can request account deletion from Profile. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal certain decisions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children and International Processing
The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Changes and Contact
